Get to Know Me

I am in the business of engaging and educating my clients about the market and its endless possibilities while working to achieve the best results. After growing up in Washington State, I earned my teaching degree in Tennessee. I then set off for a European adventure, teaching and living in Heidelberg, Germany while supporting military families for 13 years. I made Hawaii home 6 years ago, living in Aloha while trying to give back to the island through beach cleanups and volunteering in the community. This experience helped me understand the needs of homeowners, as well as the diverse cultures of Hawaii. I believe strongly in giving back to the community. Every month, Team K2 serves our community in outreach programs. In 2020, we grew to love our neighbors experiencing homelessness. We had the opportunity to deliver much-needed groceries to public housing and hosted a BBQ for sixty individuals in Nanakuli.

We familiarized ourselves with the needs of women recovering from domestic violence at Women in Need and enjoyed spending time with our youth from RYSE. We challenged ourselves to sell 50 homes in 2020. We then celebrated by giving away the commission from the 50th house sold. On our Facebook page, we listed 6 worthy causes that followers could vote on. The nonprofit with the most “likes” won the donation. The winner for 2020 was Oahu SPCA. This year, we have selected the following organizations: Women in Need, RYSE, Our Kupuna, Waikiki Health Center, Hawaiian Humane Society, and Back to Beginnings. Please take the time to view our commission Giveaway on our Facebook page at Kina Knisley RA RS 78283 - Team K2 | Facebook.

I have a lot of energy and enjoy working with people. I am very tenacious and never give up. Being trusted by others, to handle their real estate transactions is something I value and respect. I am happy to assist my clients through every stage of the real estate experience, from the early stages of preparation and planning all the way to a successful sale or purchase and beyond. It is my goal to form lasting relationships and maintain those relationships beyond closing. If you are considering buying or selling a home, it would be my pleasure to meet you and have the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills as your real estate expert. Last year, I was honored to rank as #31 out of 6,700 Real Estate Agents in the state of Hawaii. It is with great hopes that continue to serve and excel.
